Position Overview: As an Integration Lead at Infoteck Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in integration technologies and methodologies, you will lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end integration projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and integration requirements.
- Design and architect integration solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of integration developers and engineers.
- Develop and maintain integration frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging integration technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in integration development, with a strong focus on middleware technologies.
- Proven experience leading integration projects from conception to delivery.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, ETL, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications in relevant integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) are a plus.
