The Automate London 2024 event commenced with a keynote from Vijay Tella, CEO of Workato, emphasizing the significance of Enterprise Orchestration in the era of AI-driven automation. He highlighted how Workato’s platform seamlessly connects data, applications, processes, and experiences to facilitate transformative business solutions. The success story of Village Roadshow, presented by CIO Arul Arogyanathan, showcased how the company achieved integration four times faster using Workato, reshaping the future of entertainment.
AI and iPaaS: A Symbiotic Relationship
During the event, Massimo Pezzini discussed the increasing adoption of AI across organizations and its transformative impact on Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). He emphasized the enhanced integration development, improved observability, and fortified security that AI brings. Pezzini also introduced emerging use cases like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and composite AI, highlighting their potential to revolutionize business processes.
